1.1 Use the control lever to adjust the position between the assembly disc and the rim so that the assembly disc is tightly against the edge of the tire. Tire machine accessories

1.2 The pedal rotary control valve rotates the tire while moving the assembly disc to the tire side.

1.3 Lift the assembly arm to the non-working position, make it move to the outside of the tire, make sure that the assembly hook is facing the tire, otherwise press the positioning handle, make the assembly head rotate 180°, and then put it down and hook the bracket.

1.4 Control the lever, adjust the position between the assembly hook and the tire, so that it moves between the tire and the rim, and insert the tire edge to hook the tire.

1.5 Move the tire downward to prevent the edge of the tire from separating from the assembly hook. 2.1.6 Move the assembly hook outwards until it is conveniently on the outside of the rim. 2.1.7 Turn the wheel counterclockwise until the edge of the tire is completely free from the rim.

1.6 Move the assembly arm to the inside side of the tire and turn the wheel counterclockwise with the assembly plate close to the edge of the tire so that the edge of the inside side tire is completely free from the wheel.

1.7 Remove the assembly plate from the rim, unlock the locking handle, and lift the assembly arm so that the assembly plate moves to the other side of the tire.

1.8 Repeat until the other edge of the tire is completely detached.
