First, the ring belt drag is the use of rubber ring belt or silk ring belt, by the motor pulley to drag the rotor, because the ring belt drag requires the rotor surface must have a smooth cylindrical surface, the advantage of the ring belt drag is that it does not affect the unbalance of the rotor, high balance accuracy.


Second, the coupling drag is the use of universal joint to balance the spindle and the rotor are connected. The special point of the coupling drag is suitable for the irregular appearance of the rotor, can transmit larger torque, suitable for the drag fan and other large wind resistance of the rotor, the disadvantage of the coupling drag is that the unbalance of the coupling itself will have an impact on the rotor (so the coupling should be balanced before use), will also introduce interference to affect the accuracy of the balance, In addition, a large number of connecting disks should be made to adapt to different types of rotors.


Third, self-drive is the use of the rotor's own power to rotate. Self-drive is the drag method that has the least impact on the balance accuracy, and the balance accuracy can be higher, but only the special rotor allowed by the structure can use this drag method.
