2. The balancing machine must be kept clean, the guide rail surface should be kept clean, and often coated with oil to prevent rust.

3. The surface of the support block or roller should be kept clean, and no iron filings, dust and debris should be adhered to. The support block or roller and rotor journal should be wiped before each work, and a little lubricating oil should be added. When moving the support frame, the rotor should be turned at the same time or the left and right support frame should be moved at the same speed, so as to avoid scratches and wear on the journal and roller surface, and it is not allowed to knock or impact the rotor on the roller frame.

4. The electrical measuring box is a key component of the balancing machine, which must be prevented from vibration and moisture and should be kept properly. After the work is finished, the switch of the electrical test box should be turned off.

5. If the electric measuring box is not used for a long time, it should be periodically energized for a few hours.

6. All knobs and switches on the panel of the electrical measuring box shall not be moved at will, so as to avoid damage to components and measurement errors.

7. The lens glass of the photoelectric head should be used to clean the outer surface of the lens with mirror wiping paper or mirror wiping cloth to keep it clean, and do not wipe the mirror with greasy yarn or dirty cloth.
